The Graco Travel Lite Crib With Bassinet is, as the name suggests, a light and portable travel crib weighing in at around 20 pounds. Furthermore, it won’t break the bank either and folds up into a neat and tidy package when you need to transport it somewhere.

The key features of Graco travel crib include:
- Quilted bumpers to ensure that baby naps in comfort and safety.
- Convenient and easy folding. All you need to do is push a button!
- Takes up to 20% less floor space than a traditional Pack ‘n Play playard. A Pack ‘n Play is also usually around twice the weight.
- Attractive while still being functional at the same time.
- Travel with this crib absolutely anywhere! We all understand how important it is to take something with you that the infant will be used to and recognize if at all possible.
- Equipped with a canopy that shields the sleeper from light and no doubt helps them get off to sleep more quickly.
One other thing that parents simply love about the Graco Travel Lite Crib With Bassinet is that you can quickly and easily roll the bassinet into any room with the baby still inside and not wake them up. This is perfect for when you are heading to bed for the night or simply need to change rooms for whatever reason and want to have the crib next to you.
What’s more, this particular crib is easy to push through doorways in your home without having to remove the occupant and fold it up in order to fit. This has been a constant criticism of these sort of cribs in the past so it is pleasing to see that this is a not a problem here.
Is it really worth buying?
Some people will try and tell you that the Graco Lite is not needed because of the limited life of the product overall. The reason for this is because it may only last 12 months or so before your baby becomes too big for it and needs to upgrade to the Pack ‘n Play for example.
However, look at it this way. This is a relatively inexpensive crib that will save you a lot of hassle in the first months in the life of a newborn and most parents will argue that you can’t put a price on that sort of thing. Of course, you will get more use out of this if you have multiple children and it is also perfectly priced as a gift for someone else or as a hand-me-down.
What else do parents love about it?
They love the fact that it is the perfect size to maneuver through awkward bedroom spaces and the height is ideal for placing next to a bed.
It is also a real winner because it combines a lot of attractive elements like robustness, relatively light weight and ease of use, both in setting up and taking down. In fact it is so light that many have reported carrying the baby in one hand and lifting the whole crib with the other!
If there was anything that was bad about the Graco Travel Lite Crib With Bassinet apart from the limited shelf life, it would be that sheets are hard to find for the crib and can only be found in one or two outlets.
The best piece of advice in this case would be to buy a couple of sets of sheets with the initial purchase of the crib so that you don’t have to worry about it down the line.

My experience with Graco products have all been positive, and when shopping the competition, they tend to come out with the best value. Although haven’t used this specific bassinet, used a a Graco stroller, and a playpen. Raising babies is tough enough. You need safe, reliable tools and equipment. Do you want to look your baby in the eye when they’re grown up and say that you didn’t get them a bassinet because they only needed it for 12 months? Didn’t think so.
